All payments made for voting in the contest are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
Once a vote is successfully processed and counted, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
In rare cases where fraudulent activities or system abuse are detected, we reserve the right to nullify votes or disqualify contestants. However, refunds will not be issued in such cases.
We take the security and fairness of our voting platform seriously and use several verification mechanisms to ensure the legitimacy of all votes cast.
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@eminentmagazine.com. We will investigate and liaise with our payment processors if necessary.
Please note: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may lead to disqualification of the associated contestant or banning of your account.
If a technical glitch results in a failed payment or uncounted vote, please send proof of transaction to info@eminentmagazine.com within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and restore the votes if valid.
